Mike Jeffress

VP of Maintenance

Mike joined Maverick in 1986 as an entry-level technician when Maverick operated less than 50 units. He went on to become a vital player in the development of the maintenance department and does a large amount of industry work outside of Maverick as well.

Mike was inducted into the Nashville Auto Diesel College's Hall of Fame in 2002, was awarded the Technology and Maintenance Council's (TMC) Silver Spark Plug award in 2003, and was recently presented by CCJ Magazine with a Career Leadership Award. He is the past General Chairman of TMC, General Chairman of the Arkansas State Maintenance Council, and a member of the Professional Technician Development Committee.

Mike has been married to his wife Lynn for 22 years and they have 3 children, Nikki, Stephanie, and Dustin.
